About the Project
This project was designed to modernize the academic exam scheduling process to be more transparent, measurable, and efficient. The system facilitates collaboration between stakeholders—students, lecturers, and admins—in one unified platform. By digitalizing previously manual processes, this application helps institutions accelerate schedule decision-making while minimizing administrative errors.

- Admin and Lecturer Dashboard — Presents operational control for submission verification, schedule monitoring, and exam data management.
- Exam Submission by Students — Students can submit PKM, SEMPRO, and thesis exams through a clear and documented workflow.
- Automatic Synchronization to Lecturer Google Calendar — Approved exam schedules are directly saved to lecturer calendars to maintain agenda consistency.
- Lecturer and Student Notifications — Submission status and schedule changes notifications are delivered quickly so all parties stay informed.
Challenges & Solutions
The most crucial challenge is ensuring lecturer time availability accuracy in dynamic scheduling processes. The solution is system integration with Google Workspace to perform more reliable time slot checking before schedules are set. The next challenge is ensuring agreed schedules are not missed or conflicted; this is addressed through automatic synchronization to lecturer Google Calendar and structured notification mechanisms for all related parties.
